(Ages 6–12)
Build confidence, focus, and discipline through structured martial arts training. Students learn sparring, board breaking, forms, self-defense, and weapons in a supportive environment while working toward belt advancement.
Monday & Wednesday | 5–6pm
Practical self-defense, strength, and conditioning in a traditional martial arts setting. Reduce stress, sharpen focus, and improve overall fitness while advancing through our belt system.
Tuesday & Thursday | 5–6pm
Develop strength, confidence, and discipline while learning proven martial arts skills for fitness and self-defense. Empowering, supportive, and fun for women and girls of all levels.
Tuesday OR Thursday | 7–8pm
This entry-level defense program draws from boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, giving women practical tools to stay safe, strong, and confident.
Tuesday | 4:15–5pm
A fun, high-energy class that introduces kids to the basics of martial arts while building balance, coordination, and focus. Little ones also learn confidence, discipline, and respect through listening, teamwork, and following directions — all while having a blast!
Thursday | 4–5pm
Girls learn tumbling fundamentals and build the strength and flexibility needed for advanced skills. Classes are fun, safe, and confidence-building, with clear level-based progressions.
Friday | 4–5pm
Boys run, vault, flip, and climb in a safe, structured environment. Boys develop strength, agility, and creativity while progressing through obstacle challenges and tricks.
